If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this directory and its services.

2. Description of Services

The Website operates a digital directory platform that connects corporate clients, individuals, and safety-sensitive employees with independent substance testing facilities, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), Medical Review Officers (MROs), and specialized compliance trainers. The Website does not physically collect biological specimens, process laboratory evaluations, or provide clinical medical diagnoses.

3. Subscription Plans and "Go Big" Advertising Network

Providers who register for our premium "Go Big" subscription package receive enhanced platform positioning, local address map pins, and inclusion in our collective pooled digital advertising campaigns. The Website pools a portion of subscription revenues to purchase local search engine advertisements. We do not guarantee a specific volume of leads, calls, click-through rates, or conversion metrics to any premium subscriber. All subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring schedule and are non-refundable.

4. User Responsibilities and Account Security

If you register an account or claim a provider profile on the Website, you must supply accurate, up-to-date, and completely verifiable location addresses, contact information, and licensing details. You are entirely responsible for protecting your account authentication credentials and passwords. The Website reserves the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or delete any listing or account that provides fraudulent data, misleading marketing descriptions, or fails to maintain valid professional compliance standards.

5. Dual-Sided Limitation of Liability

For General Users and Consumers:

The directory listings, operating hours, addresses, and status badges displayed on the Website are pulled from independent data sources and self-reported provider profiles. The Website does not warrant, guarantee, or assume legal liability for the clinical accuracy, safety, legitimacy, or regulatory compliance of any substance testing, training, or compliance service booked through our platform. Your choice to engage with any listed provider is entirely at your own risk. The Website, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your interactions, clinical outcomes, or business transactions with any listed provider.

For Providers and Subscribers (Including "Go Big" Members):

The Website provides an advertising and directory routing platform on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee a specific volume of customer traffic, incoming phone calls, web clicks, or enrollment conversions from your placement in our directory or your participation in our pooled digital advertising campaigns. The Website shall not be held liable to any provider for lost corporate revenues, operational disruptions, data inaccuracies, or tracking errors. In no event shall the total aggregate financial liability of the Website to any premium subscriber exceed the actual dollar amount paid by that specific subscriber to the Website during the single month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice and Takedown Policy

The Website respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and providers to do the same. If you believe that any material or listing content hosted on the Website infringes upon a copyright that you own or control, you may submit a formal written notification to our designated copyright agent.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and all related disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Website or your use thereof shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida, for the resolution of any and all disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms, your access to the Website, or your interactions with any service provider listed on the Website. You agree to waive any objection based on forum non conveniens or any claim that such courts constitute an inconvenient forum.
