Lourdes Health Solutions is an occupational health and testing clinic serving employers, drivers, schools, organizations, and individuals throughout Central Alabama. We provide DOT and non-DOT drug testing, breath alcohol testing, DOT and pre-employment physicals, and other occupational health services. Our clinic offers both in-office and mobile collection services, with convenient appointment scheduling and after-hours services available by appointment. We work with employers, TPAs, laboratories, CDL programs, and other organizations to provide reliable, professional testing and collection services. Located in Childersburg, Alabama, Lourdes Health Solutions is led by a Family Nurse Practitioner and FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner. Our goal is to make occupational health and testing simple, accessible, and dependable for both employers and the people they send to us.
